1998-2001 - Every 2 Years -- 303D Targeted Watershed -- (Sugar Creek was a top priority, ranked as level 13 impairment) Technical Support Document (TSD) Report and GWLF Modeling

1999 Wayne SWCD starts the North Fork Task Force
2000 (January) Started conducting Upper Sugar Creek social survey sponsored by OSU small grant
2000 (Autumn) Upper SC Farmers team formed
2001 (May) Water Quality sampling started
