  • 1972 Clean Water Act    
  • 1998-2001 - Every 2 Years -- 303D Targeted Watershed -- (Sugar Creek was a top priority, ranked as level 13 impairment)   Technical Support Document (TSD) Report and GWLF Modeling
  • 1999 Wayne SWCD starts the North Fork Task Force     
  • 2000 (January) Started conducting Upper Sugar Creek social survey sponsored by OSU small grant
  • 2000 (Autumn) Upper SC Farmers team formed    
  • 2001 (May) Water Quality sampling started    
  • 2001 TMDL Report   
  • EPA REGION 5-Chicago    
  • 2002 (Summer) USDA SARE grant    
  • 2002 (Autumn) EPA 319 grant    
  • 2003 (Spring) South Fork (Amish) team formed
