The Sugar Creek is in the northwest portion of the Tuscarawas Watershed (#26) near Wooster, Ohio which, in turn flows into the the Muskingum Watershed, the second largest in Ohio.
The Muskingum flows on into the Ohio River, Mississippi, and on to the Gulf of Mexico.
